John is a co-founder of TLC and a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He has held various roles in the functions of finance, HR, and operations in small, midsize, and large healthcare companies. At TLC, he leads the business management functions with a priority on client service, and creating a fun and engaging culture within the practice. John is a CPA and a graduate of Loyola University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball and golfing. John is married with two children and lives in the Baltimore area.
Ellen is a co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating clients of all ages. She was the Clinical Coordinator of a private, outpatient practice supervising occupational, physical, and speech therapist. Ellen has clinical experience in private practice, school systems, and hospital settings.
Ellen is an accomplished presenter giving professional educational programs across the U.S. She has extensive experience and knowledge of pediatric neurological techniques, vision therapy, and sensory integration. During her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Darlene is a co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating clients of all ages. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, school systems, home, hospitals, and outpatient centers. Darlene lead program development and OT services for a leading hospital-based pediatric outpatient therapy program and was a supervisor and mentor with a pediatric therapy practice. Her areas of expertise include occupational therapy for children with sensory processing disorders and neurological disorders.
Darlene is an accomplished speaker and has presented on occupational therapy topics throughout the U.S. A native Baltimorean, she enjoys music, gardening, and spending time at the beach.

Katy is an occupational therapist with over 12 years of experience. She earned her degree from Towson University in 2005 and has worked with clients of all ages. Katy has clinical experience working in a variety of settings including 2 hospitals within the Baltimore metropolitan area, private practice, public school system, and non-public school settings. Her areas of expertise include therapeutic techniques to improve a child’s self-regulation, visual, and motor skills due to developmental delays and neurologic and musculoskeletal conditions. Katy has provided educational presentations to medical staff, teachers, and administrators on various topics including neurologic conditions, adaptive equipment, splinting, sensory integration, and the role of occupational therapy within the educational setting. She is passionate about connecting with families and celebrating a child’s accomplishments. Katy is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Katy lives in Harford County with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and visiting with friends and family.
Erin Pueschel, MS, OTR/L
Erin graduated from Towson University and has been an occupational therapist for 10 years. She has treated clients of all ages but has a passion for working in pediatrics. She has worked in private practice, school and skilled nursing facility settings and has experience in neurological techniques, vision therapy, and sensory integration. Erin is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
During her free time, Erin loves spending time with family and friends, travel and staying active. She is from New York (Yankee fan) but has grown to love Maryland over the last 15 years and lives in Baltimore City with her husband and daughter.
Addie Stang, MS, OTR/L
Addie Stang is a graduate of Elizabethtown College, and she completed her level two internship at TLC. She completed her graduate research at Elizabethtown College, which focused on pediatrics and emotional regulation. Addie was a three-sport college athlete and played on the lacrosse, field hockey and golf teams. In addition, she was named the Distinguished College Athlete her senior year.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach!
Romy is an occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience. She has worked with clients of all ages and across many settings, but her passion is pediatrics. She has spent most of her career working with children in schools and in private practice with a focus on sensory processing.
Romy is originally from New Jersey, but has lived in Maryland for 16 years. She currently resides in Harford County with her husband and 3 daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her children participate in various sports, and reading.
Laurie Landry, OTR/L
Laurie is an occupational therapist with over 17 years’ experience. She has worked with clients of all ages and in various settings, (including home health, in-patient rehab, acute care, outpatient, PICU, infants and toddlers, and school system) but her passion is pediatrics and the majority of her experience is in that area. Laurie has developed and presented trainings to school system staff and colleagues on various topics including sensory processing, ADHD, and visual perceptual motor skills.
Laurie is married and has 3 children. Her oldest just left for college! She loves the beach, spending time with her children, family and friends, reading and music.
Jenny Ngidi-Brown, MS, OTR/L
Jenny received her Master’s in occupational therapy from Towson University. She has experience working with children in both school based and private clinic settings. She also holds a BA in dance, an early childhood education certificate, and is a registered Yoga Teacher. Her specialties include utilizing mindfulness, yoga, and sensory based strategies to facilitate development of self-regulation and motor coordination skills.
She lives in Remington, Baltimore, and in her free time she travels the world with her family!
Jeanne is an occupational therapist who has worked in pediatrics for nearly 20 years. She has vast experience treating children in a wide variety of settings including homes, outpatient clinics and schools, where she has acted as team leader for occupational and physical therapists. Jeanne has developed and presented trainings to families, school systems administrators, autism workshops, and teachers/school staff workshops. Topics presented include use of adapted equipment, feeding, and most particularly, the nature of sensory integration and strategies which can be used to help children to become active participants at home, school and play. She firmly believes that children with sensory processing differences can overcome their hurdles when their family and teachers are trained to assist them, so that child can learn to independently strategies to make the world around them a safer and brighter place.
In her free time, Jeanne likes to travel, hike and play music. She is always learning something new and finding adventure.
Crystal Gault, MS, OTR/L
Crystal is an occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Elizabethtown College, and is currently working towards a master’s certification in Educational Leadership at Loyola University Maryland. She has worked in pediatrics for her entire career across various settings, including school-based practice, infant and toddlers, and private practice. She has provided professional development and educational presentations to medical staff, administrators, teachers, and parents on sensory integration, Handwriting Without Tears, teacher classroom management, and typical and atypical child development.
Crystal is originally from Allentown, PA (yes, like the Billy Joel song) and currently lives with her fiancé and cat in Baltimore City. She enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lynn Bacharach, PT, DPT
Lynn is a Physical Therapist with over 35 years of experience treating clients of all ages. She has also completed her doctorate in PT. She has worked in a variety of settings and especially enjoys helping ex-preemies and babies with developmental challenges (and their families) work toward gaining the strength and skills they need to explore their world.
Her interests include exercising, music, dogs and loves playing with her 3-year-old granddaughter.
Julia has been working in the health and medical field for the last 8 years. She’s previously worked as a one on one with special needs children at an elementary school and ran a therapy office. She handles the all-around organization of the office.
In her spare time Julia enjoys spending time outside with her husband and 2 dogs and working on home renovation projects.
