John is a co-founder of TLC and a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He has held various roles in the functions of finance, HR, and operations in small, midsize, and large healthcare companies. At TLC, he leads the business management functions with a priority on client service, and creating a fun and engaging culture within the practice.  John is a CPA and a graduate of Loyola University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball and golf, and lives in the Baltimore area with his wife and two children.

Ellen is a co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating clients of all ages. She was the Clinical Coordinator of a private, outpatient practice supervising occupational, physical, and speech therapist.    Ellen has clinical experience in private practice, school systems, and hospital settings.

Ellen is an accomplished presenter giving professional educational programs across the U.S. She has extensive experience and knowledge of pediatric neurological techniques, vision therapy, and sensory integration.  During her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

DarleneDarlene Nasuta, OTR/L

Darlene is a co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating clients of all ages.  She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, school systems, home, hospitals, and outpatient centers.  Darlene lead program development and OT services for a leading hospital-based pediatric outpatient therapy program and was a supervisor and mentor with a pediatric therapy practice. Her areas of expertise include occupational therapy for children with sensory processing disorders and neurological disorders.

Darlene is an accomplished speaker and has presented on occupational therapy topics throughout the U.S.  A native Baltimorean, she enjoys music, gardening, and spending time at the beach.

Staff:

Erin Pueschel, OTR/L

Erin graduated from Towson University and has been an occupational therapist for 8 years.  She has treated clients of all ages but has a passion for working in pediatrics.  She has worked in private practice, school and skills nursing facility settings and has experience in neurological techniques, vision therapy, and sensory integration.  Erin is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

During her free time, Erin loves spending time with family and friends, travel and staying active.  She is from New York (Yankee fan) but has grown to love Maryland over the last 10 years and lives in Baltimore City with her husband.

Romy Dorsey, MOTR/L

Romy is an occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience.  She has worked with clients of all ages and across many settings, but her passion is pediatrics.  She has spent most of her career working with children in schools and in private practice with a focus on sensory processing.

Romy is originally from New Jersey, but has lived in Maryland for 16 years.  She currently resides in Harford County with her husband and 3 daughters.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her children participate in various sports, and reading.

Nicole Biondo, OTR/L

Nicole is an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating children of all ages. She has worked in hospital, home health, school and outpatient settings meeting a variety of physical and emotional needs of children. Nicole has created interdisciplinary programs of care for children utilizing the full scope of occupational therapy practice. She has special certifications in sensory integration and mind/brain/teaching techniques.

Nicole mentors and trains young therapists. In her free time, she enjoys her family, singing and playing sports.

Michelle Death, OTR/L

Michelle graduated from Howard University and has been an Occupational Therapist for 3 years.  She has worked with clients of all ages but enjoys pediatrics, especially the Kindergarten and Elementary school ages.  She has worked in private practice and the school setting and has experience in sensory integrations, vision therapy and neurological techniques.  Michelle is currently a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

When she is not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, and watching all Maryland sports.

Jeanne Murphy, OTR/L

Jeanne is an occupational therapist who has worked in pediatrics for nearly 20 years. She has vast experience treating children in a wide variety of settings including homes, outpatient clinics and schools, where she has acted as team leader for occupational and physical therapists. Jeanne has developed and presented trainings to families, school systems administrators, autism workshops, and teachers/school staff workshops. Topics presented include use of adapted equipment, feeding, and most particularly, the nature of sensory integration and strategies which can be used to help children to become active participants at home, school and play. She firmly believes that children with sensory processing differences can overcome their hurdles when their family and teachers are trained to assist them, so that child can learn to independently strategies to make the world around them a safer and brighter place.

In her free time, Jeanne likes to travel, hike and play music. She is always learning something new and finding adventure.

Nancy Bochicchio, OTR/L

Nancy is an OT with over 25 years of experience. She has worked with clients of all ages and in many environments including inpatient/outpatient hospital, home health, sub-acute care and school based settings. She enjoys working with all children but especially enjoys the pre-school and kindergarten ages.

Nancy is originally from upstate New York but has lived in Baltimore County for the past 20 years.  When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her animals including her dogs, cats and horses.

Lynn Bacharach, Physical Therapist

Lynn is a Physical Therapist with over 35 years of experience treating clients of all ages. She has worked in a variety of settings and especially enjoys helping ex-premies and babies with developmental challenges (and their families) work toward gaining the strength and skills they need to explore their world.

Her interests include exercising, music and dogs.

Julia Moyer, Front Desk Coordinator

Julia has been working in the health and medical field for the last 8 years. She’s previously worked as a one on one with special needs children at an elementary school and ran a therapy office. She handles the all-around organization of the office. The most important job of all is being in charge of the lollypop tree.

In her spare time Julia enjoys spending time outside with her husband and 2 dogs and working on home renovation projects.
