Director of Rehabilitation

Ellen is a co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating clients of all ages. She was the Clinical Coordinator of a private, outpatient practice supervising occupational, physical, and speech therapist.    Ellen has clinical experience in private practice, school systems, and hospital settings.

Ellen is an accomplished presenter giving professional educational programs across the U.S. She has extensive experience and knowledge of pediatric neurological techniques, vision therapy, and sensory integration.  During her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Darlene Nasuta, OTR/L
Director of Occupational Therapy

Darlene is a co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience treating clients of all ages.  She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, school systems, home, hospitals, and outpatient centers.  Darlene lead program development and OT services for a leading hospital-based pediatric outpatient therapy program and was a supervisor and mentor with a pediatric therapy practice. Her areas of expertise include occupational therapy for children with sensory processing disorders and neurological disorders.

Darlene is an accomplished speaker and has presented on occupational therapy topics throughout the U.S.  A native Baltimorean, she enjoys music, gardening, and spending time at the beach.

Romy Dorsey, MOTR/L

Romy is an occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience.  She has worked with clients of all ages and across many settings, but her passion is pediatrics.  She has spent most of her career working with children in schools and in private practice with a focus on sensory processing.

Romy is originally from New Jersey, but has lived in Maryland for 16 years.  She currently resides in Harford County with her husband and 3 daughters.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her children participate in various sports, and reading.
