Ellen Robison is co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 25 years of experience treating clients of all ages.  She previously was the Clinical Coordinator of a private, outpatient practice supervising occupational, physical and speech therapy. Ellen has clinical experience in private practice, school systems, and hospital settings. 

Ellen is an accomplished presenter/speaker giving professional educational programs across the U.S. She has spent the last 20 years working with children and has extensive experience and knowledge of pediatric neurological techniques, vision therapy, sensory integration, primitive reflex integration and evaluation and treatment of infants for developmental delays. She is certified in the arena of infant torticollis.

During her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Darlene Nasuta, OT/L

Darlene is co-founder of TLC and an occupational therapist with more than 25 years of experience treating clients of all ages and various challenges improve their independence. For the last 15 years, her focus has been working with children in an outpatient setting. As co-founder of TLC, she has specialized in helping children and their families to address difficulties with sensory processing, neurological disorders, as well as deficits with motor coordination. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, school systems, home, hospitals, and outpatient centers. She has used that experience to expand her knowledge and skill in meeting children where they are and taking a holistic approach to therapy.

Darlene is an accomplished speaker and has presented on occupational therapy topics throughout the U.S. A native Baltimorean, she enjoys music, gardening, and loves spending time at the beach.

Alyson Holt, OTD OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Alyson received her bachelor’s in health sciences from James Madison University in 2016 and her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Mary Baldwin University in 2019. Alyson enjoys working in pediatrics and has special training in feeding. Alyson recently moved to Maryland with her fiancé. Her occupations include hiking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.


Kelsey Feeney, MS OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Kelsey received her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Towson University. Kelsey’s favorite part of her job is using play to develop skills, increase confidence, and foster independence. She is passionate about building strong relationships with children and their families. Kelsey currently resides in Harford County, where she enjoys reading, Pilates, and watching reality TV.


Kathleen Kautsch
Administrative Coordinator

Kathleen has many years of experience in office administration and guest relations. She coordinates the intake and scheduling process as well as insurance eligibility and benefits. She is very organized and friendly.  She enjoys interacting with the children and families at TLC.

Kathleen is a married mother of two grown boys and a daughter-in-law.  

When Kathleen is not working, she enjoys spending free time with Tyson, her husband, and traveling to see their children.
